Bloomfield Hills Black Hawks (Bloomfield Hills, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Mercy Marlins (Farmington Hills, MI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Black Hawks (12-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Troy (Troy, MI). The Colts come into the non-league challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Troy lost by Lakeland (White Lake, MI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Marlins play the Notre Dame Academy Eagles (Toledo, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 3. Mercy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
