Indiana High School Volleyball - Cathedral over Center Grove

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) and the host Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN), observed Cathedral's volleyball squad notch a victory over Center Grove by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Cathedral improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Fighting Irish travel to Assumption (Louisville, KY) to encounter the Rockets in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. The Rockets go into the battle with a record of 8-0. Assumption won 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against St. Henry (Erlanger, KY)

The Trojans now own a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Plainfield for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. Center Grove will encounter a Quakers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Brownsburg (Brownsburg, IN). The Quakers record now stands at 7-2.
