Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Purchase Line over Conemaugh Valley

Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA) and the host Conemaugh Valley Blue Jays (Johnstown, PA), saw Purchase Line's volleyball squad notch a victory over Conemaugh Valley by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Purchase Line improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Red Dragons host Portage (Portage, PA) to meet the Mustangs in a Heritage challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next, the Blue Jays meet the Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA) in a Heritage challenge, on Thursday, August 28. Conemaugh Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Comets enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Richland (Johnstown, PA).
