California High School Volleyball - Crescenta Valley can't hold off Saugus

August 26, 2025: La Crescenta, CA 91214

In Tuesday's non-league match, the Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA) volleyball squad tipped the host Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA), by a final score of 3-2.

Next up, the Centurions confront the Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA) in a Foothill match, on Thursday, August 28. Saugus will attempt to advance on its 11-1 season record. The Cowboys enter the match with a 9-6 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA).

The Falcons (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Hoover (Glendale, CA). The Tornados enter the Pacific match with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Hoover was nudged by St. Monica Academy (Montrose, CA), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
