North Carolina High School Volleyball - Falls Lake over Excelsior Classical Academy

The Falls Lake Firebirds volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Excelsior Classical Academy Flying Lions to 0 in the Firebirds league triumph on Tuesday.

The Firebirds now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Roxboro Community for a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 27. Falls Lake will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Excelsior Classical Academy drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Flying lions host Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 27. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 0-3. Triangle Math & Science lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC)
