North Carolina High School Volleyball - Huss overwhelmed by West Charlotte

West Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Charlotte upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Lions host Independence (Charlotte, NC) to play the Patriots in a Meck Power Six 7A/8A challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Independence lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Weddington (Matthews, NC)
The Huskies (0-2) will now prepare for their game against North Gaston (Dallas, NC). The Wildcats go into the Big South 5A/6A game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, North Gaston went down by Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
