Georgia High School Volleyball - Northwest Whitfield LaFayette

The Northwest Whitfield Bruins volleyball squad (Tunnel Hill, GA), dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA)

With the victory, LaFayette upgrades its record to 13-4 on the year. The Ramblers travel to Dade County (Trenton, GA) to meet the Wolverines in a non-league contest on Thursday, August 28. The Wolverines enter the contest with a record of 9-6. Dade County won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA)

Next, the Bruins meet the Heritage Generals (Ringgold, GA) in a 3A Area 7 test, on Tuesday, August 26. Northwest Whitfield will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Generals go into the test with a 5-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to North Oconee (Bogart, GA).
