The Mt. Carmel Christian Academy Warriors volleyball team (Luray, VA), was beaten 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host United Christian Academy Crusaders (Stanardsville, VA)

The Crusaders (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Appalachian Christian School (Waynesboro, VA). The Trailblazers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Appalachian Christian School was beaten by Ridgeview Christian (Stuarts Draft, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind Fox Defenders (Staunton, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Mt. Carmel Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Fox Defenders enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Faith Christian Academy (Hurt, VA).
