Texas High School Volleyball - O'Connor over Sotomayor

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX) and the visiting Sotomayor WILDCATS (San Antonio, TX), observed O'Connor's volleyball team top Sotomayor by a count of 3-0.

The Panthers (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pearland (Pearland, TX). The Oilers come into the non-league challenge with a 10-9 record. In their last challenge, Pearland beat Sam Rayburn (Pasadena, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the WILDCATS face the Marshall Rams (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 28 test, on Tuesday, September 2. Sotomayor will attempt to advance on its 9-9 season record. The Rams go into the test with a 3-14 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to MacArthur (San Antonio, TX).
