The Piggott Mohawks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Palestine-Wheatley Patriots to 0 in the Mohawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mohawks now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgefield Christian for a non-league game on Thursday, August 28.

The Patriots (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Central (West Helena, AR). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Central went down by Barton (Lexa, AR), 3-1, in a non-league game.
