    The Pender Patriots volleyball squad (Burgaw, NC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots (Wilmington, NC)

    With the win, Wilmington Christian Academy improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Bethel Christian Academy (Kinston, NC) to encounter the Trojans in a NCCSA AA District 4 - East Region battle on Thursday, August 28. The Trojans go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Bethel Christian Academy won 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Eastern Christian HomeSchool (Washington, NC)

    The Patriots now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilmington Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4.
