Virginia High School Volleyball - Veritas School edged by Richmond Christian

The Veritas School Lions volleyball team (Richmond, VA), was tipped 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Richmond Christian Warriors (Chesterfield, VA)

The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot (Powhatan, VA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot got by Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Lions meet the Steward Spartans (Richmond, VA) in a VISAA Division 2 contest, on Thursday, August 28. Veritas School will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Grace Christian School (Mechanicsville, VA).
