The Aquilla Cougars topped the visiting Gholson volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cougars now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Three Way for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 30. Aquilla will confront a team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Milford (Milford, TX). The record now stands at 1-3.
The (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Iredell (Iredell, TX). The Dragons enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Iredell dropped by Garner (Weatherford, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
