Illinois High School Volleyball - Bolingbrook tips Lincoln-Way Central

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bolingbrook Raiders (Bolingbrook, IL) and the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), saw Bolingbrook's volleyball squad nip Lincoln-Way Central by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Bolingbrook upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Raiders host Romeoville (Romeoville, IL) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 30. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Romeoville won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL)

The Knights now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Plainfield Central for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 30. Lincoln-Way Central will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-3.
