Ohio High School Volleyball - Union Local over Cambridge

The Union Local Jets (Belmont, OH) volleyball overcame the host Cambridge Bobcats (Cambridge, OH), 3-0 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, Union Local upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Jets host Martins Ferry (Martins Ferry, OH) to play the Purple Riders in a Ohio Valley 4A outing on Monday, August 29. The Purple Riders go into the outing with a record of 1-2. Martins Ferry lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Steubenville (Steubenville, OH)

The Bobcats now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Bellaire for a non-league outing on Monday, August 29. Cambridge will play a Big Reds squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Union Local (Belmont, OH). The Big Reds record now stands at 2-1.
