The Westwood Lumberjacks held off the visiting Elk Creek Elks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Lumberjacks now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chester for a non-league test on Saturday, August 27. Westwood will confront a Volcanoes team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Herlong (Herlong, CA). The Volcanoes record now stands at 2-0.
