The Frost Polar Bears held off the host Kerens Bobcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Polar Bears now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wortham for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 30. Frost will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Valley Mills (Valley Mills, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-12.
The Bobcats (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Mildred (Corsicana, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 6-9 record. In their last test, Mildred held off Jacksonville (Jacksonville, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
