Next up, the Rattlers battle the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas (Pharr, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 31 match, on Tuesday, August 30. Sharyland will attempt to advance on its 25-3 season record. The Javelinas come into the match with a 0-10 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Donna (Donna, TX).

With the loss, McAllen Memorial drops to 17-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Vela (Edinburg, TX) to battle the Sabercats in a 5A Region IV District 31 match on Wednesday, August 31. The Sabercats come into the match with a record of 8-8. Vela lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Sharyland (Mission, TX)
