Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK) followers went home pleased Tuesday as they saw their flag football team gain a win over the visiting Eagle River Wolves (Eagle River, AK), 26-7 in a league battle.

With the win, Service advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Cougars host Chugiak (Chugiak, AK) to play the Mustangs in a Cook Inlet battle on Friday, August 30. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 2-2. Chugiak won 35-12 in their recent league battle against Bartlett (Anchorage, AK)

The Wolves now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Bartlett for a Cook Inlet battle on Wednesday, August 28. Eagle River will play a Golden Bears team coming off a 36-0 league loss to West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears record now stands at 0-2.
