The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Reed (Sparks, NV). The Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Reed was edged by Galena (Reno, NV), 5-3, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Cougars battle the Carson Senators (Carson City, NV) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 29. Spanish Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Senators enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 2-2 non-league Reno (Reno, NV).
