The Chargers (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Madison (Jackson, TN). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Madison tipped Peabody (Trenton, TN), 9-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Brighton Cardinals (Brighton, TN) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 29. Dyersburg will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 6-1 non-league win over First Assembly Christian (Cordova, TN).
