East Rankin Academy Patriots (Pelahatchie, MS) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Hattiesburg HomeSchool Forerunners (Hattiesburg, MS), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, East Rankin Academy moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Park Place Christian Academy (Pearl, MS) to clash with the Crusaders in a test on Thursday, September 5. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 5-3.

The Forerunners now sport a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a test on Thursday, August 29. Hattiesburg HomeSchool will clash with a team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to McCracken County (Paducah, KY). The record now stands at 2-6.
