Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Hoover moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Huskies host Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WV) to clash with the Indians in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28. The Indians come into the test with a record of 0-0. Bridgeport 2-2 in their recent non-league test against Elkins (Elkins, WV)

The Flying Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenbrier East for a Coalfield AAA test on Thursday, August 29. Woodrow Wilson will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Pocahontas County (Dunmore, WV). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.
