Broadwater Academy Vikings (Exmore, VA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Isle of Wight Academy Chargers (Isle of Wight, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Broadwater Academy advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Portsmouth Christian (Portsmouth, VA) to face the Patriots in a test on Thursday, August 29. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Chargers now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southampton Academy for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. Isle of Wight Academy will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Ridgecroft (Ahoskie, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 1-1.
