With the win, Eastern Guilford improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Glenn (Kernersville, NC) to encounter the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 28. The Bobcats go into the battle with a record of 0-4.

The Rams now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Guilford for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 29. Northeast Guilford will clash with a Storm team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Storm record now stands at 2-1.
