The Santa Teresa Desert Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Hot Springs Tigers to 0 in the Desert Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Desert Warriors now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Burges for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 10.

With the loss, Hot Springs drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Bosque (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Bobcats in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 31. The Bobcats come into the outing with a record of 0-2.
