Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the High Point Baptist Academy Eagles (Geigertown, PA) and the visiting New Covenant Christian Flames (Lebanon, PA), saw High Point Baptist Academy's soccer squad triumph over New Covenant Christian by a score of 8-2.

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Ephrata Mennonite (Ephrata, PA). The Legends enter the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.

Next up, the Flames confront the Lebanon Cedars (Lebanon, PA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 29. New Covenant Christian will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Cedars enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 5-0 league loss to Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA).
