The Bixby Spartans softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Muskogee Roughers to 6 in the Spartans league win on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collinsville for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 29. Bixby will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Muskogee moves to 6-10 on the season. The Roughers travel to Jenks (Jenks, OK) to confront the Trojans in a 6A District 4 battle on Thursday, August 29. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 5-7. Jenks lost 11-0 in their recent league battle against Ponca City (Ponca City, OK)
