The Rush Springs Redskins triumphed over the host Empire Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 16-6 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Redskins play the Elmore City-Pernell Badgers (Elmore City, OK) in a Class A challenge, on Thursday, August 29. Rush Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Badgers enter the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 11-9 league win over Alex (Alex, OK).
