In Tuesday's non-league test, the Vian Wolverines (Vian, OK) softball squad overwhelmed the host Gore Pirates (Gore, OK), by a tally of 21-5.
Next, the Wolverines clash with the Gans Grizzlies (Gans, OK) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 30. Vian will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Grizzlies go into the test with a 5-7 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Gore (Gore, OK).
The Pirates (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Roland (Roland, OK). The Rangers go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Roland was routed by Pocola (Pocola, OK), 8-0, in a non-league test.
