The Porum Panthers triumphed over the host McCurtain Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 16-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers meet the Stuart Hornets (Stuart, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 29. Porum will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 16-1 record after their 13-2 non-league win over Pittsburg (Pittsburg, OK).
The Bulldogs (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Haileyville (Haileyville, OK). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Haileyville overcame Cameron (Cameron, OK), 14-4, in a league challenge.
