Next, the Knights meet the Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 5 challenge, on Thursday, August 29. St. Francis will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Wolves go into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 21-0 league win over Walker (Marietta, GA).

The Wolverines (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA). The Mustangs go into the 1A D-I Region 5 challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Mount Vernon toppled Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA), 17-0, in a league challenge.
