Kentucky High School Volleyball - Ryle over Boone County

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Ryle Raiders (Union, KY) and the visiting Boone County Rebels (Florence, KY), observed Ryle's volleyball team top Boone County by a count of 3-0.

The Raiders (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Conner (Hebron, KY). The Cougars enter the District 33 contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Conner notched a victory over Walton-Verona (Walton, KY), 3-0, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Boone County drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY) to clash with the Colonels in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 28. The Colonels come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Dixie Heights won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Lloyd Memorial (Erlanger, KY)
