Mississippi High School Volleyball - Callaway crushed by Warren Central

In Tuesday's league match, the Warren Central Vikings (Vicksburg, MS) volleyball squad prevailed the host Callaway Chargers (Jackson, MS), by a final score of 3-0.

Next up, the Vikings confront the Vicksburg Gators (Vicksburg, MS) in a Class 6A Region 2 match, on Thursday, August 29. Warren Central will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record. The Gators enter the match with a 4-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Neshoba Central (Philadelphia, MS).

The Chargers (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Columbus (Columbus, MS). The Falcons enter the Class 6A Region 2 match with a 6-6 record. In their last match, Columbus gained a win over Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MS), 3-0, in a non-league match.
