The Choctaw Central Warriors edged the host Ridgeland Titans volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Lake Hornets (Lake, MS) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 29. Choctaw Central will attempt to advance on its 7-9 season record. The Hornets go into the game with a 6-6 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Stringer (Stringer, MS).

The Titans (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Neshoba Central (Philadelphia, MS). The Rockets go into the Class 6A Region 2 game with a 11-3 record. In their last game, Neshoba Central nudged Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS), 3-0, in a league game.
