The East Webster Wolverines (Maben, MS) volleyball knocked off the visiting Choctaw County Chargers (Ackerman, MS), 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Wolverines now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Mooreville for a Class 3A Region 4 bout on Thursday, August 29. East Webster will clash with a Troopers team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Booneville (Booneville, MS). The Troopers record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Choctaw County drops to 4-9 on the campaign. The Chargers host Kemper County (DeKalb, MS) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 5. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 3-4.
