In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Eastern Guilford Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Northeast Guilford Rams.
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Glenn (Kernersville, NC). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Glenn lost by Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Rams play the Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) in a Mid-State 3A challenge, on Thursday, August 29. Northeast Guilford will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC).
