In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host St. Francis Fighting Saints volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Fridley Tigers.
The Fighting Saints (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Spectrum (Elk River, MN). The Sting come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record.
Next, the Tigers play the Edison Tommies (Minneapolis, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. Fridley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
