Tennessee High School Volleyball - Ooltewah overwhelmed by Walker Valley

Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ooltewah Owls (Ooltewah, TN), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Walker Valley improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Mustangs host Rhea County (Evensville, TN) to face the Golden Eagles in a AAA District 5 test on Thursday, August 29. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-5. Rhea County won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Bradley Central (Cleveland, TN)

The Owls now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Soddy Daisy for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28. Ooltewah will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sale Creek (Sale Creek, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 0-6.
