Alabama High School Volleyball - Pleasant Valley over Sand Rock

The Pleasant Valley Raiders volleyball squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Sand Rock Wildcats to 0 in the Raiders non-league win on Tuesday.

With the win, Pleasant Valley improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Raiders travel to Choctawhatchee (Fort Walton Beach, FL) to face the Indians in a non-league test on Friday, August 30. The Indians go into the test with a record of 2-2. Choctawhatchee won 3-0 in their recent league test against Arnold (Panama City Beach, FL)

The Wildcats now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westbrook Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. Sand Rock will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Boaz (Boaz, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 8-0.
