In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Vernon Yellowjackets.
The Tiger Sharks (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty County (Bristol, FL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Liberty County beat Aucilla Christian (Monticello, FL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Yellowjackets play the Cottondale Hornets (Cottondale, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 29. Vernon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Bethlehem (Bonifay, FL).
