With the win, Riverside advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Yazoo County (Yazoo City, MS) to face the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 1-1.

The Eagles now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Side for a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. West Bolivar will face a Gators squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Shaw (Shaw, MS). The Gators record now stands at 0-6.
