In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Yazoo County Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Yazoo City Indians.

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside (Avon, MS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Riverside beat West Bolivar (Rosedale, MS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians play the Amanda Elzy Panthers (Greenwood, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 29. Yazoo City will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Greenville (Greenville, MS).
