The Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers overwhelmed the host Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology Griffins flag football squad by a count of 32-0 in Wednesday's league test.

The Pioneers now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Immaculate Heart for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. Sun Valley Magnet will meet a Pandas squad coming off a 33-6 non-league loss to Westridge (Pasadena, CA). The Pandas record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA) to meet the Knights in a Valley test on Wednesday, September 3. The Knights come into the test with a record of 0-4. Sherman Oaks CES lost 43-6 in their recent non-league test against Narbonne (Harbor City, CA)
