Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV) and the host Chesapeake Panthers (Chesapeake, OH), saw Spring Valley's soccer squad triumph over Chesapeake by a count of 11-0.

The Timberwolves (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against South Charleston (South Charleston, WV). The Black Eagles enter the Mountain State battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, South Charleston was overwhelmed by Hurricane (Hurricane, WV), 7-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Piketon Redstreaks (Piketon, OH) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 28. Chesapeake will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Redstreaks enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Peebles (Peebles, OH).
