In Wednesday's league outing, the host Firelands Falcons soccer squad scored a tight 6-1 win over the Keystone Wildcats.
The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Clear Fork (Bellville, OH). The Colts enter the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Clear Fork Big Walnut (Sunbury, OH), 2-2, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vermilion for a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. Keystone will clash with a Sailors team coming off a 13-0 league win over Northwood (Northwood, OH). The Sailors record now stands at 2-3.
