Davie County War Eagles (Mocksville, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Davie County improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The War Eagles travel to Reagan (Pfafftown, NC) to face the Raiders in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 2-1.

The Falcons now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jay M. Robinson for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. West Rowan will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
