West Virginia High School Volleyball - Buckhannon-Upshur University

University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers (Buckhannon, WV), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, University upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Lewis County (Weston, WV) to meet the Minutemen in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, August 27. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next, the Buccaneers meet the East Fairmont Bees (Fairmont, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 27. Buckhannon-Upshur will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Bees come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV).
