The Hurricanes (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Baylor (Chattanooga, TN). The Red Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Baylor notched a victory over Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Hustlin' Tigers meet the Bradley Central Bears (Cleveland, TN) in a AAA District 6 battle, on Tuesday, September 2. Howard Tech will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
