North Carolina High School Volleyball - Havelock edged by West Craven

The West Craven Eagles held off the visiting Havelock Rams volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ayden - Grifton for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 29. West Craven will confront a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Camden County (Camden, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 1-2.
The Rams (1-5) will now prepare for their test against New Bern (New Bern, NC). The Bears enter the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, New Bern was nudged by New Hanover (Wilmington, NC), 2-1, in a non-league test.
